I would recommend this to anyone who has a leaky basement. It was neatly done and works exceptionally well. The work was completed very quickly and very professionally. We could not be more pleased with the work done by Doug Waffle and Waffle Industries. We had to cancel holiday plans to daily mop up water that was coming into our basement as a result of changed drainage in our neighbourhood. Doug's response was timely. The work was done quickly, cleanly and efficiently. The work involved creating an internal trench and drainage system around the inside perimeter of the walls of the finished basement. Because of the timeliness, the reasonableness, and the effectiveness of the work, we were not only able to reschedule our holiday - we were still able to afford the holiday.

After having two floods in my finished basement, I decided it was time to seek a solution. As the exterior of my home was finished with interlocking brick sidewalks, extensive perennial gardens and an in ground pool equipment set up, I decided an interior solution was the best one for me.

I had an interior drainage system installed on the three interior walls of my basement. What a great solution! The work was done in a timely manner, very professionally with as little disruption as possible. I found the Waffle Industries team to be efficient and careful with my home. The system worked extremely well and I did not have any further water problems.
